Nice place to watch the sunset

This place fills up around sunset. At that time you will see the locals and tourists flock to watch the sunset. DO NOT BRING ALCOHOL WITH YOU - YOU WILL GET ARRESTED!

A pier on Mobile Bay is a treat...A lovely walk..we met and talked with others who were enjoying the view and some who were catching fish. There is a history for this small town and pier..Go to visit the museum first and the pier will take on more meaning.

Any time we are in the area we make a stop at the pier. It is always a pretty and peaceful stroll for us. They are currently building a new restaurant on the pier. I wish someone would open an ice cream stand or something like that for those hot summer days. Make a stop here if you are in... More

This is such a nice place to visit. I love watching the sunset and just sitting with the wind blowing! This visit we got to see a pelican on the pier. She was very close to us and loved being fed fish that were being caught!

Nice long pier, 1448 ft. Many people use it for exercise walks. Some people fishing. Pier has 1 resident pelican, Harold. Wave a fish at him and he will fly down and catch it whem you toss it. (Don't toss catfish, barbs may get stuck in his throat.) Plenty of benches to sit on along length of pier; all dedicated... More

Such a beautiful walk along the edge of the Mobile Bay. Dogs love to sniff the wind and where other dogs have been. Is very clean area, safe and beautiful fountain and roses. You can't help but love it.

When we travel we like to try and have a nice walk everyday. Need to work off all the extra food! Yesterday we walked the pier area, along with the parks next to it. Great walk, the pier is huge and the walk nice a cool. The parks next door are lovely and safe. Great walk !

Fairhope is a gorgeous little town and the pier is a great place to visit. Parking is free. The pier restrooms are currently being refurbished and so there is a rather grubby unisex toilet in use. Nice walk along the coast from here.

Along Mobile Bay waterfront in Fairhope you will find a large, beautiful display of roses and a water fountain. Take the time to walk around, and do not forget to " smell the roses".

The Fairhope Pier is a beautiful place to take a stroll. We took in the fountain today, which was surrounded by blooming roses, then we wandered the pier and watched some fishermen throw cast nets and checked out the storm moving north through Mobile. Very relaxing place.
