Great place to visit while in Kolkata. Hard to believe that some of the greatest spiritual thinkers of India walked and lived here. Truly very calming and humbling.

We happened to be there for the 180th birth celebrations of Ramkrishna which meant the lines going in were Loooonngg! But the wait was absolutely worth it! The music, the prayer services and just the overall environment was perfect! Best part was it was so welcoming of individuals of all (or no) faiths! A must visit!
