I did this tour feeling a little apprehensive because it started at 6 am..by the time it was 9 am .... I cursed myself for not having done it earlier! It was an experience of understanding the city in its true essence. For those who want to scratch the surface and see the real city, this is it. The tour... More

Although I have been born and partially raised in Calcutta, I had never really been familiar with its unique beating heart. There's so much beauty, history and charm hidden in layers in the city, that only a loving expert can unveil them with patience. Calcutta Photo Tour's guide and owner, Manjit did just that and after doing 2 consecutive tours... More

I've been coming to Kolkata every year for the last 30 years but still saw and learnt so much with Manjit on the Kaleidoscope tour. To get a real feel of the energy of Kolkata and the interactions of the many inhabitants, this is a must - I'll be back again next year, and will without a doubt ask Manjit... More

For me it was rediscovering my own city Kolkata .We did the cultural kaleidoscope tour with the best tour guide ever Manjit. He takes u to the unexplored parts of Kolkata. Seeing the city through his eyes gives you amazing opportunity to click the best pictures .What makes it most exciting is the way he explains you the cultural heritage... More

We did the Cultural Kaleidoscope tour with Manjit, and we can only say very positive things about the tour and his guidance. Manjit was able to unpeel some of the layers of this city that as a foreigner would take much longer to uncover, without us ever feeling intimidated by the overwhelming feeling this city can give you. Manjit also... More

It was a brilliant tour of the unexplored parts of Kolkata clubbing history , food , heritage and the old world. Manjit was brilliant as a guide taking me to a walk down the pages of history where i witnessed Bow Baracks waking upto the cracks of dawn and resuming daily activities . The walk took me to the oldest... More

Manjit is a wonderful tour guide that really shows you Kolkata in a way that you would never be able to if you explored the city by yourself. His Market Photo Tour was amazing, as you are able to interact with the people who breathe life into the city everyday. The places he takes you are not and never will... More

We had an absolutely incredible time doing two of the walking tours. We got to see parts of Kolkata we otherwise wouldn't have, eat great food, meet wonderful local people, and Manjit was an engaging and warm tour guide, tons of fun to spend time with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn more about the city! Will definitely... More

Manjit, the tour guide, picked me up from my hotel at 6.30 am to go first of all to the flower market. He had a car drop us there. It was marvellous because I was taken through the small lanes, the covered market and areas that most people do not get to see. Manjit knew everyone and he was greeted... More

We started the cultural tour around 6:30 on a sunday morning, we walked around for about 2-3 hours in Calcutta. Manjit was really nice, and knew a lot about the city. We went to all kind of places, markets, churches, synagogues... One of the best things i'll remember about my trip to Asia.
