This place is located near to Kolkata University. The name is college street solely because it's a catchment of college goers and there are lot many small book shops on both side of the road. There are book shops in the entire street and it's easy to find anything in books. They sell second hand as well as they buy... More

College street is Perhaps one of the biggest books market in Kolkata. There are two markets one for the old books and the other for new and updated version books. Both the markets are opposite to each other in location. There is a high rate of discount available in most of the shops

You choose, you buy, you bargain and the joy is yours. Whatever you want, you will have it within a minute. You can spend a whole day here. If you get bored (really!), take some rest... More

This is the place for books. If you need new books and even old books that you can get here.this place is close to famous Calcutta University. Must try Coffee House if you come this area as this is very historical.
