Very nice place. Area is quite large. Different types of animals present here. Car parking spot is also nearby. Only problem is that you have to stand in a long line for tickets

It is a very big zoo like the other ones in chennai etc but the ride they take you is awesome in which you can see lion, tiger, bear and deers from so close that some time you can just feel like touching them!!!

It is one of the oldest Zoo in India. Lots of variety of animals, Reptiles and Birds are there. But It needs a proper maintanance and care.

Kolkata Zoo has plenty of tigers, more than any other zoo in India. They even have tigons, which are a hybrid breed of lion & tiger. Crocodiles have a separate pond & various species can be seen.

This place is the best for kids. Will make them feel the fauna , the diversity in wildlife and will trigger their curiosity to know more and more about wildlife.... Great place for kids. You will find lots of animals. Specially Royal Bengal tiger and white tiger. Lots of birds you will find in the lake at the time of winter. You can do picnic with your kids and pass good time.
