Very peace and good for honeymoon couple. We stay at WBFDC cottage with 20+ people. It was a official trip but we all like it. Only suggestion there are no light in the street so we can't move from hotel at night.

We visited Suntalekhola and opted for Suntalekhola river camp owned and managed by WBFDC. The area is still devoid of any tourist and is still untouched. We stayed there for one night. We could here the cluttering of the small stream throughout the night. The tents were clean and well lit and spacious. the bathroom had a geyser. Blankets and... More

Very few people have ever heard of it. Fewer go there. That is the beauty of this place. Some stereotype tourists visit this place for 15 minutes or so, take a few snaps (although they are not allowed to enter in the WBFDC cottage premises) as a proof that they have spent money or to post in facebook (which is... Suntalekhola is a nice place to visit if you are in Dooars. We went to the place from Murti on our way to Lataguri for a sightseeing. I find the place very beautiful and one can stay some memorable nights here though we didn't have the opportunity to stay there because we had our booking in Lataguri. Looking forward to... More
