Rock garden is located at some far distance from Darjeeling town. This is the wonderful place for hangout. This place could be say relax point, picnic spot, garden, etc. Construction is in and around a super tall waterfall divided in many layers. This is the must visit place in Darjeeling and should not miss. Keep atleast 2-3 hours in hand... More

It takes less than one hour to reach from the station and the route is fantastic with view of mountains and hills through white clouds. Once there, you can climb up to the top of the garden which has splendid view of the falls on one side the valley on the other.

Crowded place with almost no parking. Swarming with tourists. Try walking up a quiet road to the side which leads up to a very quiet scenic beauty.

It's a natural waterfall but built up to make it look attractive for the tourists. A lot more needs to be done with this spot. It looks like it's left in the middle of being built up or that they were out of finances to build it up more! Also the spot is quite far away from main Darjeeling town... More

Rock garden is made beautifully from natural waterfall. You can climb through steps to see various small waterfalls uphill. This place is downhill of Darjeeling and road and landscape around is very beautiful.

You can visit this man made garden with waterfalls. You can climb up and up closer to the falls. A nice place for everyone, but the road is not good at all. Otherwise this place is good.

This place is artificially created to make a tourist spot... its not that beautiful or special as hyped... just a water trails cumming down from high mountain... that looks beautiful any way, without naming it as rock garden.... I am disappointed with the hype..

This is really very nice natural water falls. But not so clean. People like us make it dirty. Government should take steps to make it clean as this is one of the best tourist attraction place.

Its mainly a man made garden around a waterfall. The garden is very beautiful with blooming flowers. The fall is also very good there are small bridges around. You can hire a Sikkimese traditional dress and click a photo. Its really a feel good place.
