A really busy street which consists of South Indian clothing shopping centres and restaurants. You will not enjoy this place if you don't like crowds and prefer personal space. Regardless of the chaos, it is worth visiting.

If in Chennai, must visit place. Pretty crowded but you can find pin to elephant at one place. Dominated once by Saravana stores, now there are others also. Bargain must if buying from footpath vendor.
