Good to find a mall and some non veg food in the heart of the city.Otherwise a very ordinary and small mall. Multiplex quality is good.

Poor Ambiance. Less no. of stores. PVR Cinemas with quite cheap ticket rates is the only attractive feature I felt here. Overall, just an average malls compared to other malls in Chennai like Phoenix, City Center, etc.

I was shocked to see NOT a single store accepts customers even 5 minutes before 10:30 - even if the store is open, everything is ready - EVEN after pleading!! I don't know if this is the case with all malls. I also wonder if I am the only fateful customer who had to get to pleading to buy something... More

Its my 1st visit to this mall and i was totally disappointed with the ambiance and the maintenance. Restrooms are the worst part and the staircases are dirty enough to leave the place. Air conditioning is poor as well.

Biggest disappointment was on the safety front. From P9 to P2, none of the fire hose cabinets on the exit ramps, had a fire hose / nozzle!!!!!!!! Safety equipments are not provided for show piece purposes during inspections alone. Pilferage cannot sighted as a reason for stowing them away. If they had been moved for maintenance, there should have been... More

The mall is located in a very congested area of the city. They allow you to enter through one side, but for exit, you have to walk to another side. So, the mall does not have a pedestrian friendly access. The shops in the mall are of good quality, which is the only good point about this mall. I had... More

Very very conjusted area, the location is a pain, parking is very commotive and the surrounding is aweful as the mall is nextby to a big drain, the smell is just killing. There is nothing much to mention about this mall...there are better options.
