It is integral part of Amber palace. It is build by studded pieces of mirrors on the wall and ceiling of the palace most artistic manner and used to have multifold illumination in the night by lighting a few candles..

The entire Amer/Amber Fort/Place is worth the visit. The Sheesh Mahal, which is part of the Amer/Amber Place is just enthralling. You can just imagine what it would have looked like with candles reflecting in all the mirrors. This was near top of the list of the historical locations that we visited while in India. This is such a wonderful hall in side the hall. Our guide explained to us that these mirrors served the dual purpose of beauty and lighting up the place as the mirrors reflected the light from the lamps.

Do turn your neck left and right and see how many moments you see in reflection in thousands of mirrors still sticked to this beautiful hand crafted hall.

A stunning spectacle. I did not expect to find this inside a fort and could have stayed longer looking at the walls and ceiling-simply beautiful.

Its very beautiful and one of the main attractions inside Amber Fort. The beautifully painted mirrors gave the entire hall a different look. This place was centrally located inside the fort and the well decorated garden before it complements it well.
