The number of persons visiting were innumerable and the acceptance / history is really great. A typical feeling of peace is realized and the spirtual waves make all the difference. One forgets all the issues of daily life and for moments go into a different world.

Very beautiful statues of the Govind Devji. Evening Aarti is the best time to visit the temple. Not much else for non-devotees.

Just adjacent to City palace this is a very old temple with a huge prayer hall having Guinness record for one of the widest roof. Went there during the prayer time at around 5.pm.

Govind Devji Temple is situated in City Palace Comlex dedicated to Govind Devji incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The God is kuldevta of Royal family of Jaipur. There is a big hall in front of Idols of God and at time of our visit Aarati was performing so we got benifit of same also.

i went at prayer time. it is a nice experience to see how hindu worship their gods and chant mantras. an experience for unusual thing outside India. it is in the city palace complex and Govind Devji is Krishna. it is good to have a look and view of how things go on.
