Despite the huge number of devotees, we could get quick darshan due to the open design of the temple. The design of the large hall is simply beautiful.

Situated within the premises of the City Palace, Govind Dev ji temple is one of the absolute must-see places of Jaipur. Despite the fact that it draws a large number of visitors every day, by virtue of it being a huge campus, there is hardly any chaos that comes with heavy crowds. The best time to visit the temple would... More

Situated at the corned of the Jaipur Palace - the idol of Govindji was brought from Vrindavan and is said to be one of the four authentic statues of Lord Krishna (according to Puranas) The Aarti was breathtaking and the prasad (laddoo) which they distrubute to devotees was very tasty. The courtyard was big and quite tidy

This temple is nice and of course the more you see the better. But, if you do not have a lot of time, the fort are much more impressive and worth a visit.

Excellent experience to attend evening aarti. although you are surrendered with 1000 of people you are having direct connect with the God. the architecture gives you the deviance of the heritage of Royal Rajasthan. The pigeons moving in the temple without fear was a great site. one must visit.
