I saw Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania when I was in Jaipur for two weeks as part of a study abroad program. The snack bar has very low prices (especially compared to the U.S. prices I'm used to at theaters), but the food was not the best. I found the samosas and the veggie burger very spicy, but then again I'm... More

I decided to see this place and they were showing Salman Khan's Kick and it was a late night show. I was far from where I stayed but I was keen on seeing this place, therefore I went to watch the movie. It was a great experience, the place is nice, and the crowd is loud (don't expect multiplex crowd... More

38 years after it opened, Rajmandir is perhaps the most beautiful cinema hall in India still. The charm of the lobby is unbeatable as is the cinema hall with good seats and acoustics. Irrespective of the movie being screened, Rajmandir is a must visit in Jaipur.

This cinema is huge. Saw Two States in Hindi, but it din't really matter as one could get the idea of the story from the acting. Movies go for 3 hours with a break. Beware of the refreshment counter short changing when you buy food. Food available ranges from popcorn to a variety of things. Really fun experience being with... More

Though this place was not in my agenda, it ended as an experience to remember.Watching movies with the locals, experiencing their attitudes and responses to the film was a leason learnt. For the first time I experience "intervals" between show,I guess for toilet break and some streaching!! The ambience was also lovely to remind of the yesteryears of cinema.Place is clean... More

This is a must experience but don't attempt if there is a new release. This place is even equipped with a resident in house pigeon.A fantastic nights entertainment.
