Huge mid hall. Nice seating capacity but please go keeping a bandwidth of at-least 45 minutes for getting the ticket. Poor management when it comes for the ticketing system. There should be more counters and quick staffs. At my ticket window, the staff was very slow issuing tickets. Arghhhh....

Book a deluxe seat. If you are travelling to India, you have to see a Bollywood movie. Book a deluxe seat at Raj Mandir. The cinema is exquisitely old fashioned, with nice comfortable seats, treats in the middle of the show and a kitsch decorum. A very nice experience.

Saw a poor film but the magic was in the foyer and building itself. You have to go to the film just to get an idea but you can always leave at any time. However the lighting in the foyer in the interval is magic so worth staying for that

We visited the raj mandir to watch a bit of Bollywood. The film was in Hindi but with bits of English and was remararkably easy to follow. We paid for the comfy premium seats and although this means you're not right in the action, you still gt carried along with the whoops and cheers of the audience. They sold popcorn... More

Raj mandir once upon a time used to be good Cinema Hall and was famed to be best in Asia. But not any more. It requires mega Investments before it could regain its lost Glory.

Worth going to watch a movie. Even if no subtitle, the story is easy to follow and the show is 50% in the room.

Theatre is old and classic but when it comes to comfort, seats are not that much good, screen is big and style is cool.

Cinema on a grand scale. We were taken to the Raj Mandir by our guide on a visit to Jaipur. It was like being inside a birthday cake - with all of the pastel colours and grand architecture. There was a massive screen, and lots of seats. The audience was great, and really participated in the movie - which was... More

Cinema building is interesting itself with it's crazy art deco interior so have a proper look once you are inside. and you should go for some bollywood production to experience it fully. even if the movie is in Hindi you should understand main plot; bollywood's script is not advanced and there is Indian expressive way of acting. Being on bollywood... More
