Should not miss the temple if you visit Mumbai. Spend some time at the temple and you will definitely gain something.

Siddi Vinayak is one of the must visit places in Mumbai which is also frequented by the filmstars. An early morning visit here will help you in getting the darshan as early as possible, in the later time of the day the temple will get crowded and you get little time to stand in front of Ganpathi bappa.

This is one of the most famous temples in Mumbai. I have been lucky enough to visit it several times. Few suggestions to help out fellow travelers- 1. Try to go early morning, gets really crowded on Sat and sun after 8.30 a.m. 2. Weekdays are the best time to visit 3. General entry is free and there is Rs.... More

Siddhivinayak is a temple of Hanuman where the believers come with no expectations but in their hearts know that God will protect them. The queues sometimes can be long for hours but people don't get restless. On Tuesdays, people come walking from all parts of the city - some of them even walk 40 kms.

What a place it is.... crowded, but as soon as you enter it, you can feel the aura of this place. It gives a feeling that God is present there and looking after each and every one of us.

The place is very very divine and it feels very nice to be there. It gives a peaceful feeling inside. Though the queue there is very long, but it is worth waiting to reach near god and get the blessings. Moorti is very pretty and the rat idol is also nice to look at. Everyone should visit the place once... More

We are staying in Kalyan and never taken our parents for Mumbai Darshan. Therefore on one of Sundays of March 2014, we decided to go for Siddhivinayak Temple and other attraction places of Mumbai. Accordingly, we left early in the morning around 7:00 am from Kalyan by our own car. As we have kept the GPS ON on mobile, it... More
