Its naturally beautiful...but dirty at the same time..courtsey the mindless tourists and other people.. Litters are found everywhere. At one time during an earlier visit, we could find a condom being washed ashore.. Apart from above, numerous colourful food stalls are located nearby- serving right from pani puris, bhel puris to faluda. Good photo oppurnity location specially in the evenings.... More

The beach really needs some care from people and management as well so that it actually looks like a beach. Or else it will continue to look like a place where the trash will be dumped. It really should not be counted as a tourist place.

Crowded beach with hundreds of local street food vendors and toy sellers - this place will is just another Indian place to be. It is really very much crowded during weekends because families come here to unwind and picnic. So, this is one of the must visit place for all tourists coming to Mumbai. And, the legendary Bollywood actor -... More

Juhu Beach, which was once Mumbai's pride, has become an extremely pathetic place place to visit in the last few years. It gets way too overcrowded, and filled with touts. The water seems extremely dirty and you cant even dare to swim. Beware of pickpockets and thieves.

I visit the beach nearly everyday for a jog and I must say that it is beautiful. But it is often very dirty. The best time to visit the beach would be during January and February. Avoid the beach during Sundays or holidays as it is overflowing with people.

The beach is stretched long with decent waves to play in the waters, but the cleanliness is a concern and hence not fit for swim. Although the beach is very much loved by the locals with lots of elders doing walking and yoga/exercise in the morning hours, kids playing, youngsters jogging, teens having romantic walks. This place is for all... More

The ultimate beach destination in the bustling city of Mumbai. Apart from the regular food joints, the beach also offers serenity and some quality time to beach goers. If luck favours, you might also catch a glimpse of your favourite Bollywood star zipping by on the beach connected road. A must visit for anyone who loves Mumbai and loves beaches!
