Excellent beach for those who likes crowd, noise and ''Mela" surroundings.. The beach is safest in mumbai..surrounded by good hotels and restaurants..over crowded by hawkers. its fun to visit in eve when crowd just pours in.. But.. if you prefer peaceful clean beach and surrounding..this is not for you..

Can be rated as a very good beach in mumbai but for those travellers who ve seen clean beaches in goa or kerala, Juhu beach is nothing. Its a very beautiful beach on its own but kept really untidy and the water is dirty. It urgently requires the help of the authorities. Its very crowded in the evenings and you... More

I dun know about the other travelers, but I totally enjoyed this place. Juhu beach is like a friends and family. I went there with my sister and my brother in law and we enjoyed there a lot. We clicked pictures, touched the water, enjoyed some local snacks and I totally loved it.

Anybody can easily see a real view of mumbai at Juhu beach at evening time. I visited the beach on 20th April, 2013 & found the place too much crowded. Around 20K + persons were there at evening time & all are in full masti. I also seen mast view of sunset from Juhu beach. Some points about Juhu beach... More

Went with a few relatives who had come to visit Mumbai. The beach and the water is dirty and extremely crowded. We had two young children who had no space to run/play around at all. Since we reached quite late in the evening we decided to have some dinner at the food stalls. Trust me, that's the saving grace of... More

Juhu, Mumbai a.k.a. Bombay, a pristine Maiden, once it was, whose glory and charm fascinated a Nation, Media and Bollywood, now a spent beauty of yesteryears. Just a week before when I revisited Juhu, I was appalled. I have seen and read tons of media hypes about the Best Beaches of World and the Cities simply loving to bask under... More

I have lived in Juhu forever and have seen this beach since I was a kid when it was actually worth visiting. It still has its charm but has been exploited by people and hawkers. It is still worth visiting during mornings but should be avoided during evenings. There are connecting beaches such as silver beach, Aksa beach that are... More
