The lakeside has been recently renovated and one can jog and walk and later go for a meal in nearby Hirannadni Gardens !

Powai lake as you cross powai is a pleasant break from traffic and high rise buildings monotony. Good weekend spot for many people. But i dont see it more than just a source of water and fresh air. Not sure how good boating is. But i have heard it happens.

The lake is like an oasis in concrete desert. It is a must see for the busy people of the Mumbai city. It may not a great attraction to those who had seen the lakes and backwaters of Kerala, but it is definitely worth your moment. The only drawback is the lack of cleanliness around the lake. All in all, a better place... More

Its a decent place to spend some time.About 4 km from Kanjurmarg station,it is a good option for the Powai residents for an evening stroll. There is a park with a jogging track next to the lake ,where you can sit and spend time. There is no parking space nearby. You can park your vehicle on the other side of the flyover... More

If you have seen the lakes of Europe and Canada don't go there. But in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city of Mumbai it is a quiet retreat . you can visit a restaurant on its bank and enjoy the view, sit by the shade of the trees and relax. The greenery during the rains is... More
