Clean & serene place with full view. Neatly maintained. The priests do not harp on you for money. Any money put in plate will be put to hundis.

First of all, this is a very big Ashram and someone told me that it has to be visited if you are in Mysore. Brilliant! We liked the entire proceedings at the pool side with the swamiji doing the Surya Namaskaram and harati with vedic chanting by the gurus and students of the pathasala, with the audience serenly sitting in an orderly fashion and the ushat kaala dawn brightening the sky with the SUN God. one of the tourist place and as well a place for peace and god lovers. the nada mantapa, bonsai garden, sri venkateshwara temple, shivaraathri day functions are the one which make the ashrama the best place to visit.

This is one of the must see places in mysore.. They have a lot of species of birds which is delight for kids.. one can also take photos with them from the official photographers since moilbes or cameras not allowed inside
