Did a Royal walk tour of theirs and I really liked it. Would love to do their other tours also. If a local Mysorean like me found it interesting means I bet the outsiders would love it. Would have given five stars but I felt little more history would have been nice.. Highly recommended..

Best done as soon as you get to Mysore, it will not only orientate you to the streets and landmarks but also give you some great places to eat for the rest of your... More

We did the Elements tour with Vidya - She led us around the city and pointed out interesting elements as we walk, such as the history behind a statue and certain architectural influences. We went to the Devraja market and that took the bulk of the time. I've been to many many markets around Asia and this one is quite... More

Sachin was a wonderful guide being both very knowledgeable of the history and professional. It was a delight to walk the streets of Mysore experiencing the history as well as the current life of Mysore. I would recommend this as a great introduction to Mysore.

The best thing we did in Mysore! The elements tour with Vidya as our guide was the best way to experience the history (palace and Kings), the Mysore Devaraja market, and the traditional culinary delights of Mysore. Vidya was our friendly, very knowledgeable guide for the elements tour. My kids were awed by the Mysore Market. They had never seen... More

Book it! But if you want to know why read below. We did the Elements Tour and it was such great mix of history, local life and food. Our tour guide Vidya was friendly and informative. The tour is very well thought-out; it was the perfect pace and just the right amount of time to walk around. I loved all... More

Most foreigners to Mysore come to do the yoga-thing (massive generalisation) and this includes myself. With much free time to spare and as a stickler for culture and history I wanted to get to know the city a little better as well. Royal Mysore Walks ranked highly on Trip Advisor so I gave it a go. It was my first... More

Sorry this is a bit late. We were in Mysore in April 2015. We did the cycle tour first thing in the morning. It was the best time to do it. Our guide was first class and he spent time answering all our questions. The tour was first class. Later the same day with did the walking tour through the... More

We went on the Royal Mysore Walk with Vidya and enjoyed every second of it. The walk included stories about the history of Mysore and how some seemingly unrelated events in history were actually related! Mysore has a colourful history and luckily for us, we had a nice opportunity to learn a bit about it. A highly recommended activity! Thanks... More

A little context before I go into the review: For my girl friend and I this was our first time in a city in India and for us novice travelers it was intense! We initially saw many of the popular sites such as Mysore Palace, Chamundi Hill, Brindaven Gardens, and Mysore's market but after this whirl wind of sight seeing... More
