This temple is a spectacular place. It is on top of a hill. Access is not easy but yields great views. You can see for miles around well into Tamil Nadu.

Situated 90 Km south of Mysore is this little Heaven. Such greenery, such calmness, occasional visit of Citizens of the forest (Elephants, dears etc) what more can you expect. I have been there 5-6 times and every single time is a painting in my memory. Recently the hiking on the hills have been closed to protect the forests and to... More

This temple is located around 100 kms from Mysore on Mysore - Bandipur Road. You need to take a 10 km deviation from the Bandipur Road, about 20 kms from Bandipur to reach this beautiful location. The temple is located on a hill top where cool breeze keeps blowing all the time. The view from the temple is amazing. You... More

The temple is about 40 min drive from Gundlupet on the Ooty - Mysore Highway, a very small and peaceful place - Krishna temple with long history back to Agasthya muni. The scenery from the hill top is very good. May need to wait for 30-45min during holidays to get Darshan. The last part for reaching the top of the... More

This is an awesome place atop theGopalswamy hill which is inside the bandipur reserve forests. It is very close to the point of intersection of Kerala- Karnataka-Tamil nadu. This is a proper temple too dedicated to lord krishna . You need to take passes from the forest auth from below and you are only permitted for an hour and a... More
