Brindavan Gardens (18 Kms from Mysore ) are located just a level below the Krishnaraja Sagar reservoir across the Cauvery River. It is an illuminated terrace garden. The overall design is of Mughal patterns - with garden paths and fountains. It looks very romantic when light showers fall. There is a pavilion on upper side from where visitors can get... More

Huge garden with full of colors and light. There are huge stretches of flowers everywhere. Fountains divide the garden in two parts. Around 7pm the light and sound show starts, but it isnt that great. According to my father this show hasn't changed much in the past 30 years. They use the same old technology. They should use some updated... More

Google maps shows one route and the boards on the side of the road shows a different route. It might be because of the toll, boards near the road shows a different route. This garden is constructed with every piece of art displaying it's beauty. It was raining heavily when I parked my car. I had to wait for half... More

Garden needs a lot of maintenance... Really poor and age old musical fountain.. Nothing special about this place. Probably this is one of the oldest garden in India with fountain... Clearly this attraction can be avoided...

The garden itself is very beautiful with its many fountains. There is a musical lightshow at 7.00pm. In todays day and age where every house has almost 1000 channels the musical lightshow has little relevance. Also the muscial is restricted to particular area and then there is a mad rush as it finishes to get out. However the lights across... More

The garden was good but parts are not maintained and especially the lighting was a let down as many lights were not working. Also the so called musical fountain is a long walk and not really worth the walk and visit

I have visited Brindavan Gardens a number of times in the past. With those fond memories I took my family members, who had come on a holiday ,to Brindavan. THERE WAS NO LIGHTING! Eager crowds were jostling in the dark to reach the much publicised MUSIC FOUNTAIN" which was pathetic,to say the least.I have seen better musical fountains elsewhere in India, including one... More

Though it is fairly maintained but visiting once not a Bad idea. I have seen Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad and Replica of Vrindavan Garden look much attractive than actual one... But Garden with view of Wall of DAM looks good.... Overall good.. but not best maintained. It can be improved a lot
