Now with acute water and power cuts, this is a garden without fountain and lights, so if you want enjoy this garden pray to god so that it rains heavily, dams are full and good supply of electricity.Best time to visit may be JUNE JULY

I went there with lots of expectation, but was shattered completely! It was shocking to see the most famous musical fountain presented so badly. No coherence at all! Now its a BADLY MAINTAINED GARDEN. I wasted almost 3000 just to visit this place. WASTE WASTE WASTE!!!!

Brindavan gardens in an exquisite garden just off the Krishna Raja Sagar dam. Through the 80's and 90's many local film songs were made with the garden as the prime location.

We had heard a lot about the place but were in for disappointment. We reached there around 5:30 pm, the place was profoundly crowded and once we entered we were rather shocked to see the state of the garden. It did not seem to be maintained, the crowd added to our woes, the hawkers, vendors, oh it all seemed to... More

The gardens are very nice but dated. We went for a drink at the pretty hotel orchid Brindavan and walked in from the top. We caught a little boat over the other side to the musical fountain which starts around 7. There were so many people there, I couldn't believe it. Local people and tourist from the next state Kerala... More

Depending on whether you have seen good musical fountains elsewhere, you may decide on adding or skipping from your itenarary. Water of fountain smells foul. There is a lot of local and nearby area crowd. Return after musical fountain show you need to tread carefully cauz of the mad rush. Boating is good, except for smelly water.

Don't consider it if you seek peace and calmness. Just another picnic spot. Average on a non-holiday and in non peek hrs, boating can be relaxing. Musical fountain is also ok ok, the whole crowd starts moving towards it once the lights are on !
