The Brindavan Garden is a bit far from the city about 22kms, but its worth visiting. Located next to the Dam, Garden is full of not only beautiful Flowers but also awesome water fountains. Don't miss the evening light show.

this place totally disappointed me! my heart sank at the view of this beautiful vast garden with trash almost everywhere and it felt just like any other ordinary poorly maintained municipal garden to me.plus there's a huge crowd which is sometimes scary especially if u r taking kids along.the much hyped musical fountain was another waste of time.the viewers gallery... The dam is definitely worth seeing if you are allowed up there and the it is opened. However the grounds of the garden are poorly maintained with trash strewn all over the place and untreated fountain water that reeks. The children's park is a complete bust with rusted slides and broken swings. This is not a place where you can... More

This is a must see on the list for tourists in Mysore. The gardens are well kept with water features and fountains. There was a lot of bougainvillea and salvia abounding when we were there. Perhaps because they were not in season, the roses were a disappointment. The gardens cover a fair area and there are steps in some places.... More

If you are in Mysore ,you should visit Brindavan garden without fail. You need to visit once in a day time to see the water fountains and again during the night to see the world class beauty of Brindavan garden in lights. Not to miss the Musical fountain in the night which is awasome

Brindavan Gardens is one of those rare gardens left in our country. If one will notice many bollywood film songs have been picturised in this garden because its one of those rare and exotic locations of its time. Unfortunately it’s not the same anymore. Yes it is one of those tourist spot where everybody who is coming to Mysore for... More

The brindavan garden is about 26 km away from Mysore. Plan your trip in such a way that you can reach the garden by 5 pm so that you can spend some time in the garden and enjoy the "lighting" of the garden which starts by 7.00 PM. The dancing fountain show is from & pm to 8.30 PM.

I went to this place with my parents and my wife. All of them liked the place very much. Fountain and the garden gives a very picturesque experience. I suggest to go around 4:30pm which is little early, so that you can enjoy the garden in evening when soothing sunlight is available. After 6pm it gets heavily crowded and you... More
