Nice views from the roadside. The Indians love this place. For those of us from climes where rain is normal, a green tree covered valley is less impressive than to someone from a draught ridden area. Scenic however.

A view not worth missing, on the way to Kufri from Shimla. Beautiful lush forest on the mountains around and also in the valley. It is just a 10 minute stop.

A wonderful place - not just one of the most beautiful places in Shimla but the whole of India! Rolling forests of green trees on the amazing peaks and ridges of Himachal Pradesh provide many opportunities; photography, walking and hiking, adventure activities. Not to forget that the quality of air is much better than in other parts of India -... More
