Drove the green pine forests...Nice trekking path..recommended for spring, around april to spot the flowering season in this area.

This place was suggested by my friend and after consulting few localities I finally reached there. You have to walk some distance for reaching here and I definitely would not recommend this place for aged people Nice atmosphere around the place and its very relaxing experience. Beautiful scenery...not many people visit the place...its a narrow trek...but can avoid as there are better sceneries to enjoy

Visited this shimla during july , the weather was perfect and enjoyed my stay of four days stay in shimla. Himalayan train journey was great , on the way you can see beautiful nature and mountains.

I visited Shimla for the first time in 1975..and then a couple of times more in the latr 70s. To get to the Glenn, follow the road from Mall road, or from Annandale and it basically wraps around the mountain. When you get to the furthest point, there is small structure on the inner part of the road with benches and is covered, on the outer part of the road there is a ruined building (small). i would like to inform to those people who wanna go for a luxury tour then they must go in shimla glen because there you can get lots of fun and enjoy.wow i would like to go there again with my family.

I live very near to this place and have often seen foreigner's and young Indians trekking down to the much hyped Shimla Glen. Once you start heading towards Glen ( no signages to help out) you are at the mercy of locals to help you to find out the exact route. And mind you almost 80% of them would not... More

Don't bother with any other form of transport if you are reasonably fit do the heritage trail you see a lot more.We were there in March and be advised to take some warm clothing .
