Like most other tourist destinations in India, shimla also has its share of temples and religious places. Revere godess Tara Devi as an essentila part of the sight seeing.

Must go for Mata Darshan a take blessings of "Tara Mata" around 15 kms from main City. Great location as well feel like top of the world among the clouds near to sky and off course in the feet of MAA TARA.

The temple can be reached via Shoghi town through a cut on NH-22 going to Anandpur village. Its situated at a very high altitude so that one can have beautiful view of valley and trees. We boarded the toy train from Simla to Tara Devi station. The ride was spectacular with a picturesque view of the hills.
