Situated in the centre of delhi, this place offers peace and relaxation. Although it needs effort to keep the place clean, but nevertheless it offers greenery and relatively pure air to breathe, something very difficult in centre of Delhi

Located in the centre of Delhi right opposite the zoo, this place has its own charm. Historical ruins enchant you even though you can't enter many parts of the monument unlike 10 yrs back. Lush greenery couple with the green lake makes it refreshing and rustic. Boat ride is a great thing to do, 100 pp for shikara ride

Been going there as a kid and continue to like the feel of the place ! Could do with some restoration too ! There is a flight of stairs going down and end up at a watery place - supposed to be a tunnel to Agra ( That's what we were told!)

Do visit the Purana Qila when in Delhi- Unlike the more popular Red Fort this isnt very crowded- beautifully manicured lawns and very well restored fort makes for a very relaxed time. The museum is fairly well curated. The sound and light show is fabulous- best in Hindi

Nice place to go and just simply stroll on green grass or take a paddle boat and spend nice time paddling in lake on side of fort. Must watch is Light and sound show. Best place to go, evening.

it is an amazing place. not only because i like historical places, but the architecture of this place is an another symbol of blooming Indian knowledge & culture of that time.
