It is a sports complex though I had gone there for show staged by Disney Beauty and the beast. It was nice well planned parking , near All together a good experience.

Possibly a victim of the CWG scam, the stadium, started falling a part barely after a year after the CWG were over... The a large part of the Front Area started caving in... The fittings in washrooms started corroding etc. The pathetic design caused water to enter the stadium in many places... Finally walls needed to be erected in many... More

A bit of a mixed place really. Inside seems really nice - well ventilated, although it could do with a bit more tidying. Outside is a different story though; the grass pitch is usually in a dreadful state (patchy and "moundy") whilst the spectator stands need a lot of work. Needs more and better investment/care!

A place with great indoor and outdoor facilities. Indoor, the stadium is very well planned, great seating place. Outdoors lawns are perfectly manicured. Quite neat and clean taking into consideration the number of people visit this place at any particular event.

This was my 3rd visit to the stadium in last year or so. I was there for our Annual Britt Summer Conference. The ACs don't work that well in some parts while the washrooms are in terrible state.

Thyagrag stadium was constructed for Commonwealth Games 2010 and was venue for handball competitions. This is an excellent indoor facility both for sports and indoor events. Challenge is to use it optimally for sports and other activities.

I attended Passion Delhi. A wonderful event with Louie Giglio and Chris Tomlin/Kristian Stanfill. The auditorium was electric that night. Great crowd with standing room only. The facilities are adequate and gates can be a little confusing to get into/out of. But overall an excellent performance area that with good sound technicians can be world class. Hope that Passion gang... More
