Even though I had only arrived the night before (making the 6.45 a.m. starting time a bit challenging), I was excited for my third Delhi By Cycle trip. Jack and his guides are well organized and informative, and mindful of our safety (almost physically stopping traffic once or twice!). The chai and Indian food is also delicious and highly recommended,... More

We took this tour on our first morning and it was the best thing we did in Delhi and one of the highlights of our trip. The guides were friendly and helpful, shepherding us through the highways and byways of Old Delhi with humour and the occasional cup of chai. Our party was of mixed nationalities and ability but the... More

Delhibycycle is a great way to see parts of Delhi that you would not even consider visiting alone. We organized and very informative. The only small issue was finding the starting point and my bike break down but this was quickly rectified and I was back on the road again in no time at all. A thoroughly recommended tour for... The Shah Jehan tour of Old Delhi starting at dawn and ending with a breakfast of goat curry and roti at the famous Karim's restaurant 3 hours later is a must if you want to see Old Delhi and it's back streets waking up in the morning. It's very well organised and this Dutch run tour , although a little... More

I'm not sure why more people haven't endorsed DelhiByCycle on Tripadvisor. I did the Shah Jahan tour which goes through Old Delhi. It was a great tour, parts of it through some interesting and rugged areas. The tour guide was very good. If you want to see the real parts of Delhi then by bike is the best way because... More

We did the new South Delhi afternoon ride, it was close to where we were staying and we couldnt manage the early time for the other tours. A great way to see the place, we had approx 10 riders with a lead guide, who despite her sargeant like quallities, was very pleasant and friendly, She also had two assistants to... More

Delhi by Cycle was so great! I wish I had more time to take more of the tours that they offer. Our guide was charming and Knowledgeable. Seeing the city wake up at 6am, riding the back streets, having Chi tea and stopping at a great eatery was a perfect day for me and my husband. Don't miss out on... More

We were recommended this tour by a local resident and it is the best thing we did in India (bar a few of the forts we stayed in in Rajasthan). You have to be there at 6.45 am as otherwise the streets are impassable and frankly it gets too hot. You see life in all its glory and poverty. You... More

Akarsh, one of the cycle tour guides, also offers "tours" on the side. A "tour" involves bouncing around the back of his SUV while he drives like a maniac (this is not normal Indian driving) to destinations that have not been confirmed. His lack of organization and lack of an itinerary results in a huge amount of time wasting. Time... More
