A very nice turistic point, but unfortunatly not very good renovation work made on it. It seems to reopen the workings on the site.

Basically, "Vulturul Negru" is a covered gallery with shops and restaurants. The amazing thins about it is the ceiling, a beautiful glass texture with amazing shapes. Visit it by daylight and you'll be amazed.

As we arrived there late afternoon so it was not so busy. As the time progressed, more and more people arrived. Great place... More

The building is actually a passage between the Union square and one of the adjacent streets. Well suited for having a coffee or a beer.

Not the thing you want to read about when reviewing Vulturul Negru, but this is the main place if you are looking for pubs, bars and discos. The best one (imo) is right at the entrance of pasajul VUlturul Negru, it´s called Lord´s. But i also recommend Famous place and The One club. Pasajul Vulturul negru has beautiful architecture that... More

The outside of this building has undergone some repair, but the inside is sadly neglected. The floor was filthy and many of the shops and cafes were empty. If you're interested in architecture and the atmosphere of decaying grandeur you might like it.
