My friends and I stayed at Redang Bay Resort and we booked our dive package with Redang Bay Dive Centre, which is situated at the resort itself. This entry will focus on the dive centre. We were met with two friendly staff Josh and Jessie who were waiting to receive divers for the day. The dive centre, while small compared... More

Redang is a very great place to visit. I remember the feeling of peace and calmness overtook me when I first step foot in this island. Fresh air, Clean beach, clear sea, everything was perfect! The food provided was very satisfying and tasty. Try getting up around 5am in the morning and catch the sunrise! definitely an image I will... More

Fly to KL and take a connecting flight to Kuala Trengganu. From there, get a ride to the ferry terminal in Kuala Trengganu and you will be ferried to Redang Island. The ferry ride is a quick one. In Redang, you will find all sorts of hotels and resorts but make sure you book one before getting here as they... More

Went to Redang island last July been to other island around Malaysia. Have to say this is so far the best. 50 shades of blue waters with powder touch sand with palm trees dotted around. Snorkelling was the major attraction there. While snorkelling you didn’t have to go too far into the waters until you see the beautiful fishes swimming.... More

I have been to islands of Malaysia and Thailand. I have been to Maldives. None of these match the beauty of Redang Islands. I stayed in the Taaras Beach Resort and Spa which have their own private beaches. The water is clean with different shades of blue, super fine powdery sand and breathtaking views of the mountains. What else does... More

This is the most beautiful place I've been to!It's waters are crystal clear and the marine life is awesome.Do not touch any of the marine life though as (for example)you will get seriously poisoned if you touch the yellow foxface. To bad the Malaysians pollute the jetty. If you don't go to Pulau Pinang ,the marine park ,all is wasted as... More

What an amazing place! Fine white sand and a crystal clear ocean. the snorkelling around the island was great, with lots to see - we even saw a baby shark! Whilst scuba diving we swam with turtles and stingray. We stayed at the coral resort, so apart from the hotel there was a couple of places to eat around the... More

Great place for a laid back relaxing break from everyday life. Stay at popular low cost beach resort or secluded upmarket getaway. Both with beautiful white San beaches and swaying coconut palms. Snorkle or dive on cral reefs.
