It's hot and beautiful beaches. There are may pubs and cafe along the beach. Umbrella Rental from RM10 Night Life with Fire Show, Music, Cold Beer (RM9-RM10) 15 minutes walk to Coral Bay, 30 Minutes walk and hike to Windmill. Food is quite expensive, there's no ATM machine. Please bring extra money for additional activities. Not many toilet available here.

Magnificent view, best place to hang out. Lots of cafe along the beach. Good for singles to mingle. 😉 The beach is just rite for sun tanning, clear blue sea water just make u wanna swim all day. The water was not even deep, i was 100metres away from the beach & the water was just at my navel area.(For... More

The beach was the best thing ever! Compared to Coral Bay on the other side of Perhentian Kecil, the beach is longer, the sand is fluffier and they are no dead corals on the sand. The beach comes alive at night with fire shows and music by the beach. Grab a beer, lie on the sand and watch the moonlit... More

More busy than Coral beach in terms of people, accomodations, shops, activities, unbrellas. If you want to relax peacefully, go to Coral Beach (just 15min walk accross the island), but if you want to do some activities, then Long Beach is perfect. Of course you can still lay in the sun here, read a book and most definitely - swim... More

Perhentian Island divided into Big island, Small Island and Long beach. Of course long beach is the most interesting part of the island. Compared to other island, long beach is 'alive' at night. that is why long beach is suitable to backpackers / non family. Furthermore electricity on long beach only available from 630pm to 9.30am everyday. on the day... More

One of the nicest beaches I have ever been to. The water is crystal clear blue, and it is very very clean on the beach. Enough places to eat, which are cheap but of good asian quality. Enough places where you can book snorkelling trips, or taxi boats to different islands. *Make sure you take a taxi boat to turtle... More

Extremely beautiful beach with some eating places, some good, some bad. The large rusty shipwreck present last year has thankfully been removed. The only thing to marr the otherwise very beautiful beach is the garbage....some bagged, some not !

Soul-less and piles and piles of rubbish bags...need anyone say more? More likely to need stitches here than anywhere I've been...

What can I say? White sand, crystal waters, palm trees and enough budget places for eating and sleeping. Really enjoyed it! There are umbrellas for shade (10r a day). There are about 10 restaurants/cafes and bit more accommodations. Coral beach is only 10 mins walk away for a bit of variation in scenery or more eat and sleep options. Didn't... More
