At 1 ringit to enter, the olympic outdoor swimming pool is great to break up a hot and humid day. facilities are good, theres plenty of places to sit and the pool is clean. The chaing rooms are a bit Malaysian standard but its very cheap and convenient. easy to find right near the park where on saturdays at 6... More

We made a big effort to visit this park as it was right at the opposite end of Miri from where we were staying. It is a very nice park but was much smaller than we expected.

The scenery was okay. There are a lot of fitness enthusiast running and swimming. A lot of family walking and having picnics. The Koi pond was great.

Nothing much to see over at the park. Do not visit the park during day time, it is very hot! But not to visit at night as well, i doubt the safety of the area as it is quite dark at night. Try to be there around 5pm to 7 pm which you will see more people jogging and hanging... More

I still remember the old Miri City Fan, it was very colourful, warm and unique in its own way. I like the way the divide the park according to the main races that live in Miri like Malay, Chinese, Melanau and Dayak. It's a symbol of harmony for the people of Miri. There was a musical fountain last time, which... More

We decided to visit the park, as there isn't much to see within the city of Miri. It was a pleasant enough space, but somewhat typical of parks in Asia.

Lots of nice photo opportunities here. It's out of the way, next to the public swimming pool, but it's a nice place to visit.

People in Miri are lucky to have this lovely well-maintained park for recreation purposes. We went for a leisurely stroll in the late afternoon on a weekday. The park gradually had more visitors as evening approached - families with young children, joggers and others out for a walk just like us. There are some food stalls at the fringe of... More

It's about 5-10 minute walk from Mertiz hotel. Quite a big space; good for a walk or to let the kids wander around. They got fish pond too.

I went there early in the morning of Friday. The park is well-maintained and a good place to meditate (to think it"s in the middle of the city) I had the park all to myself. The park is also good to do some jogging or just leisure walking or some serious reading. And the best part is it's free.
