We tried to do most of the trails during our short stay in Bukit Fraser and found that Hemmant Trail was the nicest. Quite easy to walk, although with some obstacles due to fallen branches and trees but with very interesting ferns, trees, flowers and a good chance to spot some of the beautiful birds that people come here for.... A great way to see Fraser's Hill's natural richness. Getting to it couldn't be simpler. Hemmant is an easy walking trail for any mobile person, that will get you seeing wild ginger, dozens of fern types, carnivorous pitcher plants, and if a winter bird party passes by, you get a dozen different birds in a single spot. Why not let... More

A short 40 minute walk and dead easy for any levels of fitness. A pleasant amble along the golf course perimeter.

This is a pleasant hike in the forest - about a km long, suitable for adults. Not suitable for young children though, and you cannot carry any strollers on this one. Carry a bottle of water, mosquito repellent and camera - quite picturesque by itself.

A leisurely amble by the golf course, named after its founder, through some woodland. Suitable for all abilities although there is one steep part but there is a rope handrail to help you up. Nice views, only 1 km.

A quick walk through, near the golf course. We sighted an old Japanese post and secret storage. Great to be within the trees!

This trail is described in the tourist literature as "Mainly a wide and level path with a few minor obstacles" . It is neither wide nor level and the so called minor obstacles are major problems as they more often than not are significant trees that have fallen over the track and by appearance suggest that they have been there... Walking the trails is the one thing all visitors should not missed when in Fraser’s Hill. However, some trails are challenging and not suitable for children. We find the Hemmant Trail most suitable for families with young children. The trail is about 1km long, cutting across the hill by the golf course, not too challenging, well marked out and safe...
