While in Kenya in October 2009, my wife and I went on a 2 days safari, it was amazing. our guide Joseph Owino from Joseph's Kenya Safaris and his driver "Little Elephant" were just excellent. Joseph was so knowledgeable of all thats going on and "Little Elephant" was a great driver. We stayed at the Voi Safari Lodge, thats a... more

This is a late review from my trip to Kenya in August. I booked our safari thorugh Kenyan Adventures who work in conjunction with WT Safaris and who I have used previously. The price is far better than the UK tour operators and it is nice to know the local businesses are benefitting but the beauty of it is the... more

This safari has been the most spectacular thing I have ever done in my life and we enjoyed it immensly. We went on a 12 day walking safari with Tropical Ice and crossed (almost) the entire length of Tsavo West and Tsavo East (though we only walked a few hours very day and did game drives in the afternoon). Honestly,... more

Recently returned from our first trip to Kenya, including a 4 day (3 night) safari to Tsavo West, Amboseli and Tsavo East with Kenya Adventures and beyond (Doc). Itinerary was fully personalised including the lodges we opted to stay at (Kilaguni Serena, Amboseli Serena and Galdessa) – all of which were out of this world! Kilaguni has a wonderful watering... more

For tours go with Julius at JT Safaris, we read the reviews on this site and decided to take a chance and it really paid off. We did a 1 night Tsavo East and West with JT Safaris and everything was brilliant. You could go with Pullman's (Thomson - safari company) but you pay nearly twice as much and do... more

Well organized 2-day safari with Marco Polo, a small travel office located in front of the Neptune beach hotel in Mombasa. The driver Leonard is great, speaks French and English and knows the park in and out. We stayed at the Ashnil lodge, a very good place in the middle of the park. Prices with MarcoPolo are very good. We... more

Just returned from a fantastic 3 nights/4 days safari to Tsavo East/West and Amboseli. Used Kenyan Adventures and booked before leaving the UK. They were absolutely excellent, Sammat our driver/guide is so passionate and knowledgable about the wildlife. Out of the Big 5 we saw all but Rhino's and we also saw an amazing amount of birds and the scenery... more
