If you are a buddhist and will visit the place i think you will appreciate the place. But for us, who just roaminh around the island and rented a van for 10hours tour, we just go and see whats in there. After some photo we took we decided to go to the next location.

Good place of interest for Buddhists. Has a large Bodhisattva in the temple (Not sure if they advertised it as largest in asian country or largest in Bintan), with nice scenery from the exterior of temple. Good place to snap some pictures!

Site is just 45 minutes from Bintan Resorts area. Book a tour at your hotel. Temple sits amidst sprawling grounds and on a hilltop with large dragon fruit plantation in the front. You will find here the highest sitting Quan Yin Statue in SE Asia.

A great escapade. Nice place. We had booked 2 buses for our family to Tg Pinang and this sightseeing is included in our package arranged by the tour agent PT VINOSA. Never expected to see such big compound to build a Guan Yin Temple in Tg Pinang. Awesome!

It has great wall that welcome us at first and big garden of dragon fruit, but it's not completely done with its reconstruction temple. Well... it's still a great temple, besides it's a big one, it's good inside and outside.

This is a nice and peaceful place. There are not many attractions in Bintan but this one is a must see.

I didn't know that this temple was on the island so this was a colorful and unexpected surprise! I loved it. The grounds/gardens were well kept and beautiful.

Our day city trip attractions. From gate entrance there are some Buddha statues and a pond on the right side garden. At temple the golden statue smiling Buddha made everybody feel good. At the back of him is a four facing Buddha. The centre is a lady Buddha, guanyin. More ancient God or Buddha statues on both side of the... More
