Although I haven't done yoga in many places, this was definitely was a wonderful locale to get mind, body, and soul in line. The class is offered by the Pai River on the top floor of a large bungalow overlooking a beautiful grounds with the river water running in the background. The road to the location is a bit of... I have never done yoga before and I was trying to figure out what I could do for a week while in Chiang Mai. I ended up signing up for this yoga retreat and learnt so much about yoga and myself. Bude is a wonderful person and a very good teacher, like I say I was a total beginner and... More

This was an incredible experience and I've been to many yoga retreats throughout the world. The setting was beautiful in the midst of rice paddies and mountains and the scene itself lent to the peace felt. Bhud is a gifted guide whole pleasure in sharing her knowledge and love of yoga prevades every aspect of the program. Her soft voice... More

What a beautiful, beautiful experience! I attended Bhud's 6 day retreat in November 2011 and was blown away. The setting was breathtakingly picturesque - with all the green mountains that surround the valley of Pai - and the accommodation was simple, clean, natural - taking a hot shower in the jungle bathroom at night underneath a starry sky simply felt... I didn't think that Pai's rivertown feel with its mountainous terrain could get anymore peaceful, until I attended one of Bhud's yoga classes at Xhale. Bhud is not only an incredibly beautiful and talented instructor, she is patient and gentle with each one of her students. It is obvious from the start of the class that she really cares about... I was lucky enough to have my first real experience of Yoga with Bhud on my travels last year. I was amazed at the attention and lack of frustration she felt at me being a beginner. After a week of following a diet program and 2 sessions of yoga infused with Breathing Exercises and Meditation I felt like a new... More

I went to Xhale Yoga with the lovely Bhud for more than two weeks in a row. The cost currently is 200 Baht for a drop in session or 550 Baht if you can commit to three sessions. It is well worth it, not only in terms of cost, but in terms of the health benefits from the time spent.... More

On my trip to Pai I found an excellent open air Yoga Studio with greens and river view. It is a great spot for Yoga! I took the beginner class and was faszinated by the professional instructions I became from Pee Bhut. She teached breathing eyercises, asanas, deep relaxation, meditation and philosophical backrounds. It was a wonderful experience. I highly... More
