Defo worth a try. I did one class and loved it. By the end, I was being caught by my arms mid air. Makes for a great video. The instructors are lovely. Be warned: my body ached for two days afterwards but it was worth it.

A little over the diving buzz after working on The Great Barrier reef for two years (spoilt), so really wanted to experience something new, that was quite unique to Koh Tao (other than diving). I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to heights even with all the safety equipment. So trapeze was a real fun, but scary buzz...

My first ever attempt at trapeze and I got a catch! It felt amazing and the tutors are very clear and enthusiastic. It was just a shame I didn't get time for another go! but brill, thanks!

You're repeating a little mantra "I'm in safety lines and there's a net" over and over again, but logic doesn't seem to stop your legs from shaking. Don't worry; you're...

I had a great time doing trapeze with these guys! They were awesome! This was the second time I had done trapeze and it was far better than the first experience in America! There were only two of us in the class so we got a lot of turns and attention. We were both at very different skill and comfort...
