Bamboo Isand is possibly the most beautiful Island off the north of Phi Phi Don. Absolute must! Classed as national park like Maya Bay and have to pay 100THB fee. I visited on a guided morning tour with Ibex Climbing and Tours where we spent an hour having lunch on the white sandy beach and in crystal clear water. I... More

It was one of the stop over from our Phi Phi Island tour. The beach is nice and clean. When we were there it was packed with tourist but I think this place looks amazing when is less crowded.

White sandy beach and clear water. Perfect place to go snorkeling! Just beware of the rocks in the water on the other side of the beach, I cut my leg in one while snorkeling. Swimming shoes would have been handy. The only downside to this island is that you are not alone as many tour boats stop here during the... More

Very Nice Island but the fact that it was loaded with tourists and longtail boats around the beach and there was trash everywhere made it an island not worth visiting. We were there for 45 minutes for swimming and relaxing in the sun. If you want to go, go only in the low season. The sand is white and soft,... More

Bamboo island was the best place visited during the trip. Clean white sand beach, clear water with a small reef.. Place is, of course, popular by tourists nowadays, but not as much as Koh Phi Phi Maya bay is, so anyone can find peaceful time in Bamboo.

Bamboo used to be calm island. If you go there today, you will meet thousands of Chineese people, with no respect to the nature, just messing around :/ Dosens of speed boats will be throwing them disrespectfully on the Coral reefs in orange floating vests, while they will kick out the corals. island itself has....had....gorgeous beaches with pine trees and... I am so happy i went here. Its such a beautiful island with white sands and clear blue sea. Its very big, so easy to get away from hordes of people but nevertheless with all the people there its still so enjoyable. To be honest i didnt even notice huge crowds when i went. Anyways, just go, its worth it... More

a must visit, shallow water and clean beach. I'm sure you could purchase food from the island, but luckily our package included snacks and water. so many opportunities here if you want to take really nice photos.

Stunning... absolutely beautiful... and a fabulous walk around the island with plenty of drop dead gorgeous photo opps with the beach, the island and the different water colors... Absolutely worth a trip, but do go for a walk and get away from the boats/hordes of people... this is one of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand and you can get... More
