Keirita's Yoga (& Scuba Diving) draws from a complimentary mix of varying yoga styles which are predominantly Hatha and Ashtanga based. All classes are small & personal with ten or less per group.Private classes are also available on request. For those looking for a yoga and a scuba diving experience then this can be easily arranged. The yoga practice is most beneficial when it comes to diving as the mindful breathing and movement techniques of the yoga practice help enormously with becoming accustomed to the mindful breathing and movement practices of scuba diving. Keirita's yoga offers a choice of locations on Phi Phi Island. You can choose between an indoor, outdoor or an underwater environment to practice in... The indoor yoga studio is located in the state of the art Banyan Villa Hotel's fitness center. The spacious studio is complete with large windows, one wall of mirrors to aid with alignment and high ceilings. It is also air conditioned for those who find the heat of the tropics a little too much. The purpose built outdoor yoga deck is conveniently located in the shade of Phi Phi's famous rock climbing wall (Ton Sai Tower) at the Mama Beach Residence. The underwater practice of yoga takes place in Phi Phi's Marine Park. It does not involve the practice of traditional yoga asana as such but instead on a clear focus on breath and particularly in conjunction with smooth graceful and mindful movement of diving. Once one becomes accustomed to the practice of scuba diving it becomes a most peaceful underwater meditation.

I did a private session with Olga in Banyan in Tonsai village after seeing some great reviews online. Olga is very attentive, knowledgable and makes you feel very comfortable. I've tried yoga before very unsuccessfully but Olga's a fantastic teacher and it was great fun. Keira was also very quick at organising the session. Highly recommend.

The yoga was in the most beautiful location. You can hear the sea gently lapping. The instructor takes great care and watches your poses carefully to help adjust you if are not quite in the right position. I highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I decided to do some yoga with Keiritas in Phi Phi after seeing some great reviews and we wern't disappointed! We were lucky enough to be the only two people doing it with our instructor, Laura, so it felt like we were having a private lesson! We had never done yoga before but she made us feel... More

I had the privilege of having a few classes with jonas and he's the best instructor i've had to date. None of the ego or hype that unfortunately seems to go along with the ... sport? Art? Practise? How does one refer to it? Way of life? ... of yoga is apparent in jonas's teaching. He's real, humble and inspiring.... More

My friends and I were fortunate enough to meet Jonas while on Ko Phi Phi this past month. I believe we were one of his first classes he taught on Ko Phi Phi and he was very patient and informative throughout the entire class! If you are on island I definitely recommend taking his or any classes offered at Keirtas!... More

I have been taking Yoga classes from Keira for almost 2 years now, and I can honestly say it has changed my life. I was apprehensive at first, but after my initial class I was hooked. As a beginner, the class was challenging, but in a good way. All of the postures had modifications for the not-so-experienced (me!) which meant... More

If you're into yoga, make a plan! The location is gorgeous (on the quieter end of Ton Sai beach - at Mama's Beach Residence) and the instructor was fantastic - worked up a substantial sweat during the 1 1/2 hour class. My husband sat at the bar at Mama's Beach Residence while I did my class, and then we had... More

If you are staying in Phi Phi and whether you are into yoga or you are new to yoga you should go to Keira's classes. I attended her evening yoga classes twice and they completed my day. It was an amazing experience. Keira is a great teacher you can learn from as a new or experienced yogi. The location adds... More
