Our teacher Pea has a lot of experience in cooking, not only learnt from her grandmother and mother since she was 8 years old, she also learnt from a thai royal chef! She has taught us some cooking tricks which not many people know. And i cant wait to show off to my mother when i get back home. All... More

I was very fortunate to have had a one on one lesson (low season and I think they prefer to teach with a least a minimum of 2 in a class, but Ang, the teacher, must have taken pity on me when I was initially inquiring). I did the morning class. Cooked four dishes. You are also provided with a... More

It was such an enjoyable class, Pea the teacher was lovely and her son TinTin adorable, it was lovely to have a cooking class with a family feel in the room. We were taught about each ingredient, tasting and smelling them before preparing them for our chosen dishes. Starting with chicken and shrimp wontons, then stir fried curry seafood, massaman... More

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. We had originally booked at Time for Lime, but due to renovations, we were not able to attend. We ended up not being disappointed at all! The teacher is very friendly and accommodating. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent cooking skills. The staff helping her seemed to get along well, and spent a lot... More

This was the best food experience of my life to date! The food I prepared and ate, under the learned guidance of Pae was the tastiest I've had so far in Thailand. Pae is a superb teacher with vast experience and she had inherited her mothers and grandmothers culinary skills- again showing me the emphasis on food and family here... More

We had been looking out for a good value authentic thai cookery class for a while. We decided to do the evening class which we were pleased about as it can get pretty hot next to the stoves and couldn't imagine what the heat would be like in the daylight hours. They do provide fans though! Our pick up Was... More

Great food and wonderful semi-outdoor kitchen but was not impressed with the teacher - Pea. Although there were only two of us in the class the whole thing seemed rushed. Pea didn't smile once and seemed irritated and impatient when I didn't chop fast enough or asked a simple question! We finished an hour earlier that stated on the leaflet... More

This cooking class is good value for money. Our teacher ('Pea' if I'm correct) did a good job explaining a lot about ingredients (origin/taste/application), cutting techniques, order of adding ingredients and clear instructions on how to prepare the meals. We had only six people in our group, which was great. The pick-up from our resort (included in the price) was... More

This was great fun. We learned loads and cooked some amazing food. But the one thing I'll remember is tasting the best green curry I have ever eaten. The session lasts four hours and you cook four dishes. If you go to the morning session don't make any plans for the rest of the day. All you will want to... More

I booked a morning class and we were only 3 people which meant we had exellent guiding. We learned four different dishes and tasted all of them. I had to bring left overs back home as I weren´t able to eat it all. The family loved it! At the end of the class I felt as if I had learned... More
