Where you get the deep knowledge of Thai Culinary...

Where you get the deep knowledge of Thai Culinary Cooking!

Started 2006, with the same main teacher, Aon. Outstanding skills,+40 years of Thai cooking experience.

We do 3 classes per day, 7 days per week; Morning, Afternoon and Evening, all different programs.

You as a part of the group choose what dishes to make, individually you choose type of meat; chicken, seafood, prawns, vegetarian and for some dishes beef.

Everything is done individually, from first cutting to spice level etc.

We also do Private classes and longer classes for professionals and amateurs, where you can learn practically every existing Thai dish from someone that know how to do it!

Veggies, Herbs and Spices from our own garden (mostly), Freshly squeezed coconut milk and curry paste made on the premises.

Everything done in our Classic big Thai Teak house, all designed for as a Cookery School in a quiet area of Prae Ae.

Two-way transport, welcome drink, cooking book, coffee, tea and water is included. Many other drinks for sale

Very Welcome to an experience above the rest!

We had such a fantastic time here! We only had 6 in our class and 2 of them weren't in our group but we had a blast with them anyway. You pick 4 fishes you want to make and they were all delicious! We made chicken satay, papaya salad, red curry, & mango with sticky rice... All of it was... More

We opted for an evening course that consists of cooking 4 meals. We had a same class of only 4 people which was absolutely perfect! It was a great way to lean cooking and Aon the chef, is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher! Why not bring a bit of info regardingThai cooking back home to share with your friends... More

As a group of 3 working in a class of 5 we opted for the evening course as this would be a nice way to finish our stay on Koh Lanta. We were greeted with a homemade shot of ginger lemonade upon arrival and seated with the others who would also be cooking. We were allowed to pick 4 courses... More

Four of us joined Aon for our lesson and we were very lucky to be the only people cooking that session. We first prepared our ingredients and chopped our vegetables and herbs. Then on to cooking each dish individually tasting them as we progressed. Each dish was absolutely delicious and very well explained by a expert chef. We came away... More

We enrolled and cooked some amazing food with a great chef/host! We are currently 6 months into a 10 month travelling adventure and we have completed a cookery lesson in each country; but this was one of the best! Aon was welcoming, very friendly and knowledgeable of her recipes and cooking styles. We had a great choice of foods to... More

My partner and I opted for the morning session today and we're so glad we did it. The cooking area was really airy and spacious on the second floor and the building was surrounded by an impressive garden filled with fruit trees, veggies, Thai Herbs and plenty of chilli. Aon is a really informative and knowledgable teacher and her recipes... More

It was nice but not the best. First we were promised to choose the dishes by ourselves buy in fact the cook decided for us and asked for approval, second, we got a cool boom but it contained only pictures and ingredients, we were suppose to fill the quantities by ourselves and only for the dishes we made. Not the... More

We feel sorry you were not fully happy with the cooking class. Our feeling during the class was that everyone was happy with the teaching, setup and the food! BUT, you forgot to mention the most important thing; the class started after 18:00 instead of stated 17:30! Why is that? We had 5 girls from Ireland coming with our included... More

My girlfriend and myself have just finished the morning course at the cookery school and absolutely loved it. We were the only ones doing it so got an intermit lesson, however due to the nature of the people working there I feel that even if there were 10 people on the course I would have enjoyed it just as much.... We had a great evening of learning how to cook Thai dishes. First, we were picked up to our hotel and taken to a very nice residence where the class occurred. We gave the cooking school 30 minutes notice and they were able to fit us in and pick us up. The owner, who also ran the class, was wonderful.... More
