We went to this cookery school in late December 2011 and had a great half day. Azmi was vey knowledgable about all aspects of Thai cooking and showed us round the garden, pointing out many of the ingredients used. The facilities are very modern and clean and everyone cooks individually (after watching Azmi do it) and then gets to eat... More
