The Pillar rocks still fascinate and the views around into the valley is good. The view point is also victim to rampant infestation by hawkers and small stalls selling touristy stuff. The tourism dept could have done better to have a regular garbage cleaning crew that would keep the surroundings cleaner.

The view is excellent, however the tourists are really ruining it by throwing garbage all around it. It was a very disappointing sight.

Again the crowd and rain put us off - good for youngsters for exploring and walking around. View was excellent.

It was cloudy and foggy when i visited in December. Just for a few seconds, the fog cleared and it appeared as though the pillar rocks has mushroomed out of the clouds. Truly awesome

It is one of the best place to see the pillar kind of rocks, You can see a cross there too. But make sure that you are there on a clear sky day. If there is mist, you may miss the scenery. It is on the same trial path of Pine forest, guna cave etc.,

This place was part of the package daily tour which the hotel had arranged for. Like other view points in Kodai, this also was looking out towards this naturally forming pair of pillar-like rocks, beyond which are layers of mountains. The sky was clear and sunny when we visited.
