The view of the cliff and the valley are quite awesome from here. But the place needs a lot of improvement. Especially with respect to cleanliness. You will find plastic covers (and cow dung when we went) everywhere.

This has been a point of interest for Kodai visitors for years together. The municipality could do much more to make it more convenient to visitors and spruce it up to make it attractive. The natural pillar rocks are kept pristine, but didn't excite me.

The view of the rocks is truly a wonder of nature. Having said that, the viewing area (because entry to the actual rocks is restricted, you have to view it from a distance) isn't quite memorable. Weekdays during the season are super-crowded, and you have to do some waiting to get in a proper to capture the fullness of the... More

This place is another favourite for kodai goers. Very popular destination offering a very different view of 3 pillar like mountains joined together. The misty weather and the floating clouds, the caves in between..its another creative work of mother nature. Nature lovers..you are on call..

Pillar Rocks in Kodaikanal, this destination is a must visit one. Between the clouds you can feel the beauty of these natural pillars by nature. It may take a while for clouds to clear, so my suggestion is if it is cloudy and you are not able to see the pillars clearly, then just wait for sometime it may become... More

This is just a place to visit, see the view and move on. There is nothing to do there as in activities and all. But the view is superb. You are sure to enjoy the view especially when winter is approaching.

Visited this spot during our family trip to Kodaikanal in May 2014. This is very attractive natural spot. Great view from the spot. Pleasant to see this creation of nature. But, the place is very crowded during peak season. The vehicle and crowd management is very poor. So, we are stuck in traffic for an hour and loosing precious time,... More
