Nice to get a view of the valley

Mostly the fog and mist will ruin the view of the valley but otherwise it's a nice walk to feel the Kodai weather and have a nice view of the entire town and mountains

It is located just behind Bryant Park and is a narrow pedestrian pathway of about a kilometer. If there is heaven on earth this is it. You can look down at the mist covered valley from here. I am sure everyone tourist who visits kodai will have his photo taken here with the valley in the background. It was time... More

On our trip to Kodaikanal, We visited Kodaikanal during rainy season and hence for most part of our trip, we were unable to find the view points interesting. We had even opted for a day trip into the forest by getting a permit, but still everywhere we could only find mist. Of course, the trip itself, the climate and the... More

Great place to walk along the edge of a cliff and have a view of the valley. Tip is ti reach there early and enter the place to avoid the rush. Clouds, mist make the surrounding dreamy

Very beautiful place for an evening or early morning walk...you have a whole look of the hills and they charge very minimal for it...i remember it as Rs10 pp only. We enjoyed it as we stayed just next to it.

This place is located very near to city center and is a must visit. If you want to have valley view , it is highly recommended that you visit during sunny day. Walking on cloudy day is pleasant enough.

The telescope galleries are a bit of a sham - 5/- a head for staring at virtually nothing but some tin roofs. But that doesn't take away anything from Coakers Walk - it's refreshing, the wind piercing and the vendors sell good corn and bhel-puri! The best time to go would be evening, that's when you can see Palani town... More

During monsoon this place is covered with fog if you go after 8:30 am so you will miss the view. There are lot of hawkers selling food and clothes there and also 2 telescopes to see for only rs.5. This places opens at around 7:30 am and open till 7 pm. It is a half kilometer walk with one of... More
