A beautiful walkway on the edge of the cliff. Mostly crowded during the season, so best time to walk around here is the early mornings or late in the evening before they close.

It is a scenic view place and a nice place to have your morning & evening walk. It is worth paying the entrance fee. Take a moment to enjoy the views. You will love it. It is a small stretch and you can cover in an hour both ways(with lazy walking, stopping for photos, having snacks, shopping for some goodies).... More

We went there with lot of excitement to see the valley from the edge of the mountain. The valley was hazy and also the crowd was cheap at this place. There were bunches of locals who kept staring at girls and also were clicking pics randomly of people. Please do not go as couples here. I will not recommend.

This is a very nice attraction of Kodaikanal. It would have been great if they limit the number of vendors inside the walkway. It takes away the romantic feel of the location. It is a very beautiful location if there is mist. Best time is early morning walks. Very Beautiful.

Coakers walk is possibly the most visited area in Kodaikanal with anyone visiting, going there at some point in time to get a glimpse of the stellar views this little has to offer. I do think the vendors selling their wares within the area - while has its charm does spoil the mood a bit with haggling going on on... More

Nice to walk amidst pleasant weather with your loved ones, romantic indeed. Try some soothing ice candies sold by vendors. There is a telescope to view the valley for those interested.lots of photo opportunities, worth a visit.
