The place is easily accessible by road and is a major tourist attraction of the area. It has a lot of parking space. Need to pay 10 bucks to enter. It is situated right next to some old maternity hospital whose canteen can be accessed by climbing some rocks on the right side right after entering the gate. You can... More

We visited on 7th feb 2016, it's a pathway built with the view of the valley. One can look over amidst fog on one side, on the other there are benches to sit or vendors selling things! Entry fee 10/- per person, camera fee 20/-. Can be visited once however not for long!

A stunning ten minute walk on a walkway on the edge of the valley looking away from Kodaikanal town. An essential quick stopover for pictures and a breathtaking view.

Croakers walk is basically a walkway built on the side of a mountain and overlooks a beautiful scenery. We have clouds passing by and an awesome view. There are loads of vendors selling all types of snacks and foods.. A pleasant place with a great view. One of the best places to visit in Kodai. Make sure you go before... More

Its just a walk with an entry fee. Don't understand why there is so much hype about this place. It got an entry fees and also extra for the camera. The view is good but the same one for every hill station.

"Croakers walk " the name is engraved on a stone in walk it appears it was made in 1872. Kodaikanal looks awesome from it and you can feel clouds close to you.

This is the best thing to do in Kodaikanal , I wish if it was open during sunrise - as entry is allowed only post 8am. Still it gives you enchanting peace if you are nature lover. very photographic and clean walk of around a mile. Do try one of the observatory with telescope if its a clear day.

Come winters and the hills are covered in mist. It makes a walk down Coaker's walk so much more delightful. As you lose yourself in the mist, occasionally glancing in the valley to see if you can see anything, enjoy some of the local fruits and indulge in a bit of shopping therapy at the various kiosks.
