We spent 4 hours here on morning in January and the children loved it! We rented cycles and the children (as well as us) had a fabulous time The only suggestion would be for smaller cycles for the kids.

This bird sanctuary is about a 4 hr drive from Delhi on the newly-opened Yamuna Expressway ( recommended for travel ). The Sanctuary has seen a revival of flora and fauna in the last two years when the State Government agreed to provide sufficient water for its wetlands. The WWF is very active in the revival process and has a... More

Had a guide who was great and we travelled on a rickshaw. I also went in by myself and cycled... Very cheap & great. Head down to the lakes past the bridge... I didn't realise how close I was. Loved it so much I went back instead of visiting jaipur! Calm, peaceful, saw lots of birds, a jungle cat, loved... More

Great place to visit for any bird or animal enthusiasts. Lovely scenery and picture taking opportunities. Our rickshaw driver was helpful and knew a lot. It was also peaceful and quiet.

Brilliant bird sanctuary. We came here with friends, and safe to say all of us were ornithologically challenged. However, the visit here has caused us to start on the path of bird watchers. The park is well maintained and managed. Luckily our guide Mr. Govind, was one of the best possible. He knew the sanctuary like the back of his... More

We were expecting that the birdwatching would be over in about 2-3 hours starting early morning but we went to the Sanctuary as soon as we reached. But we were there for 3 hours on the first day and 6 hours the next. The best decision we made was to visit the sanctuary as soon as we reached because in... More

The National Park is a treat for bird lovers. I took my daughter and a reluctant wife early in the morning to visit the park. Amazing scenes and Best at day break. The birds come out of their habitat to get a gleam of the sun. Recommendation take A GOOD GUIDE. Its worth the money. Registered one have been taught... More

Stopped off here in February on our way to Ranthambore Reserve. So peaceful after thrashing round Delhi and Agra. Seems it is often overlooked by tourists, but the lakes and walks are worth it even if birds bore you a tad! You can go round on foot, a bike or a cycle rickshaw or take an early morning boat ride.... More
