This place is really a wonderful place to visit. I visited with my parents during this year, in the month of June. It is a peaceful and an amazing place throughout the day. Once here, you're taken over by the sheer energy of the temple.... The devotion, dedication and diligence of the devotees is 2nd to none. The 2-3 hours that it took us from 4:30 am to 7:30 am was simply be enchanting. A visit to Amritsar is totally incomplete without visiting Harminder Sahib Gurdwara (The Golden Temple ). Tips: Must carry... More

At Harmandir Sahib, the spirit of Ik Onkar comes alive. It is in the air, palpable. Ik Onkar is the belief in Sikhism that there is only One Supreme (referring to God) in the world. Irrespective of which religion you belong to, your God is not different from mine. This wonderful ideal is a central tenet of Sikhism and many... More

A visit to Amritsar is incomplete without visiting the crown jewel of the city - Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple). It is always crowded, so you need at... More
