Durgiana temple is a bit similar to golden temple in the architecture. It has a main Krishna temple and 2-3 small temples just next to the main entrance. Just make sure not to visit the place during 12 to 4 pm as the temples remain closed during these timings.

An ordinary temple experience though it leaves scope for more.. The approach path is very dirty. Needs maintenance.

Many parts of the temple were under repair when we visited. Enjoy the temple for it's own qualities and beauty - just don't make the mistake of comparing... More

A replica of the Golden Temple - quite bizarre to see really. Popped by for 5 minutes on the way to Wagah border. If you really want to go then do but you're not missing anything if you miss it out. Other Hindu temples much more important.

This was the second place i visited in Amritsar and made me feel so happy . It was again like God's Place on earth and provided heavenly and relaxed feeling. Wish i could spend more time next time when i am there .

A quiet and meaningful experience at this Hindu temple which is surrounded by water. Spiritually more powerful perhaps than its local Sikh tourist attraction. A little way up the road we found a producer of fresh (squeezed whilst you wait) sugar cane, ginger and mint drink - just as refreshing in its own way!

Laxmi-Narayan temple is a prototype of Golden temple. Its all surrounded by a huge water pond with fishes inside & temples on plenty of temples on its banks. Durgyana temple itself is a very old temple. Not a miss.

This is one of the beautiful temple of Maa Durga in the middle of city, there is a water pool and white marvel passage and temple. One of the very important place in the city and visitor must go there to see the beauty and holiness of the temple.
