The village covers 2 aspects 1. Kathak.. The music and dance are both energetic and a must watch 2. The martial arts show... This is the crown jewel. A must watch. Can't be expressed in words.

The show of Indian Martial art was so thrilling. Some of the acts our heart beats were going up. Wonderful performance by guys. Kathakali was in art forms.. Moreover there are expressions then dance and that is the attraction along with dressing and makeup. Beautiful. Must visit shows.

I'd only heard of this martial art, so when we were told we could see a show of it, we jumped at the idea. I'm glad we did. The small arena with surround-seating puts you up close and personal with the show, which starts with a prayer and invocation to the gods, and ends with you praying you don't get... More

Punarjani showcases two integral elements of Kerala’s art and culture Kathakali- the classical dance form of Kerala and Kalaripayattu- the martial arts. We went there to watch the martial arts show. Seating was not very comfortable. However the show was fantastic.

We watched both Kathakalli and Kalaripayattu at this location. The performances and artists were great, but can't be said the same about overall experience. Some aspects where they need a big improvements: - ambience was very cramped and bad for such great art.The stage was as if it was done for a kindergarten show. For a fine art like Kathakali,... Definitely worth to see BOTH performances. Very interesting. Seeing their traditional dances, clothing, performances. There was a guy singing with the dance, he was the star of the show!! Amazing traditional singing. And then the martial arts afterwards, so strong, so passionate. Very talented. :-D Well done guys
