One of the main attraction of Mattupetty Dam is the beautiful lake. It is an ideal picnic spot for travellers. It is 13 kms away from Munnar and at a height of 1700 meters. It is one of the delight for nature lovers.

Cutoff from the city less people a perfect place to get a piece of peace. Best time to visit during winters as water levels remain low and you can enjoy the place
