Loved the trip to Kolukkumalai by Mahindra Jeep only vehicle which commutes travelers, the fresh smell of nature, the green tea plantations all around, rocky paved rounds which makes our journey bumpy. One time the jeep took climbing in reverse as the roads were narrow with less room for turn. On reaching top the atmosphere was awesome, the fog mist... More

Amazing journey, reach there @ early morning for viewing the sunrise or sunset in evening, avoid tea factory visit . if you are planning to visit the factory negotiate for enter fee , initially they will ask 150 per person , it may come down to 100 for all the jeep travellers.

It is simply great. The ride is rather adventurous but safe. You can only accees this place through a jeep, preferably by a commander for more comfort. Nice tea factory, nice view points. You cannot go wrong visiting this place. Super like

The best place to visit in Munnar. If you have the time hike up the way and you will enjoy it best. The mountain tea in the souvenir shop is the best in Munnar . Definitely worth the trip.

Nestled up in the mountains this estate.. though difficult to reach as you ride through the bumpy road... but the views all the way up and the tea estate are amazing.... Pure natural beauty... rolling hills with tea plantation... and then the tea estate is all organic.. they make the tea as it was made 50 years back...
