Try hollering at this place - and you will be gleeful like a child :D :P There are boating options available here, though I'd suggest you take a boat ride at the Matupetty dam!

Enjoy the time over here boating. To add to it started raining and the view became even better.. Clouds, water lake everything add up to the beauty of the place..You can find good number of shops and eating options.. On the way there are good restaurants to stop by and enjoy...Loved the place ..

This location may be ok when the water level is higher but it is nothing to visit otherwise. It was a great disappointment although the drive to the point was lovely and we even saw wild elephants on our way back so all was not lost. There are lots of shops here, most selling cheap souvenirs.

The area itself is great, very scenic and beautiful. There were many shop where you could buy little things. The best part of echo park is surly the paddleboat, which is a must go when here. All in all, there is not much to do, just take in nature's beauty.

On a day when it was drizzling, the drive upto the echo pint was wonderful. Lush green views on the way are breath taking! The walk down the steps with cute shops on both sides prove a distraction to get to the echo point. No sweat! The point itself is no great shakes. The echo is barely audible and the hills around hardly... More

The echo can be experienced at this please if the water level is good. Surprised. Yes, the voice echoes not because of hills but because of the water. Understand the science of echo sound.

It's an absolute waste of time getting down at this "attraction". This place was too crowded and too noicy to try to listen to echo. And view from this place is also not all that great. My recommendation is to completely avoid this place if you are visiting Munnar. Trust me. You wouldn't miss anything if you do not visit... More

I went when it was just starting to monsoon, so it was empty and kind of sad looking with the paddle boats laid up on the shore. I'm guessing it would be much more beautiful when full. The garbage all around the shore did detract from it.
