The verdant green is stunning! This time of the year the clouds settle down on the tea gardens and the feel is exhilarating!

As if the rains had washed away these plantation. The greenery all around was quite mesmerizing. A selfie is a must at one of these tea gardens. I felt like sitting at the edge of the plantation with a good book and spend hours there

The carpets of green (tea plantations) are beautiful in the monsoon season. The drive through the gardens are best in the morning or evenings.

The ambience and environment take you back in time to the Glorious Age Tea Planters and Tea Gardens in a regal & luxurious way. While the world has moved ahead, in many ways, life stands still here. The weather is great all year round. Plan for a leisurely holiday as there is nothing to rush here.

Munnar is full of tea Gardens and is a very beautiful location to visit. More fascinating is the fact that these were Barron mountains and were developed to tea cultivation state by Bristishers
