Have you ever experienced being in the middle of NOWHERE? If not, go here once, walk a few hundred metres inside the desert and see for yourself. It's pretty disorienting.

This place is very beautiful and the government has made good arrangements to keep it neat and clean. However, unless you stay the night in the tent city (which is very expensive), the maximum time you can spend is an hour or so walking in the salt.

Can't be described in words. Beautiful view if you are in the middle of the desert. Looks that if you have come on another planet. White desert is the only of its kind in the whole world. Must watch place........

A 30 Km. naturally formed salt pan...endless white salt glistening in the moon's glow. Its a bit of a drive from Bhuj but worth the visit.

Visit here during sunset. Amazing view of white dessert. Better if you stay at least one night in tent city.
