Visited this place during a half day tour of Old Goa. The church is very beautiful and the surrounding area is also well worth visiting

this is very old building it was build up of portugess colonilist. It is the one largestt cathedral of india. it was complitle re build in 1776. there is very clean and very good location of this area.

This cathedral is one of the oldest religious buildings in Goa.The cathedral was consecrated in 1640.It is one of the largest churches in Asia.If you are visiting Old Goa,you must visit this Church.The church and its surroundings look magical at sunset time.

Se Cathedral is majestic monument and imposing church in Old Goa.It is opposite another iconic land mark St. Bom Jesus Cathedral . So both the can be visited same day . Se Cathedral will take at least two hours to explore because of museum in the Se Cathedral complex.. It is pity i could not visit museum . I advice... More

Its situated just opposite to St. Bom Jesus Cathedral in Old Goa. One can visit both this places in same day, the gardens are very beautiful and scenic.

It is also one the Important Historical Church. You must study first the historical importance and History of Goa and this Churches, then you will Interested in this Churches, Other wise it time waste or you must have with clear Intention enter the Church House of God and do Pray. There is also very peaceful atmosphere to Pray.

Old Goa means a visit to Se Cathedral everytime. The Big whitewashed building was under repairs when I visited last but this time it was all in its glory.
